We color our world! Friends of Charlotte Performing Arts Center is a dedicated group of arts enthusiasts who share an important vision: to support Charlotte Performing Arts Center, a world-class performing arts facility right here in mid-Michigan.

The mission of Friends of Charlotte Performing Arts Center is to offer support and assistance in promoting the fine arts in the Charlotte community. It is our belief that knowledge and appreciation of the fine arts are essential to the quality of life in our society.

Charlotte Performing Arts Center relies on the contributions of individuals, businesses, and foundations to help provide:

Professional performances from national, international and local artists that entertain, educate, and delight more than 13,000 people each year.
A Student experience that offers mid-Michigan school children the thrill of live performances.
Full-time, year-round educational programming for children, teens, and adults.
Advance notice of special events.

CPAC VOLUNTEER CORPS

Volunteers will play an invaluable role in the daily operations of the Charlotte Performing Arts Center.

Volunteers will be required to have completed all screenings and related trainings prior to commencing their desired volunteer position.

Volunteer positions will include:

Box Office Attendants (number will be determined based on coverage needs, will include day and evening hours
Ushers and Ticket Takers (number will be determined based on coverage needs, will require evening hours)

The Volunteer Coordinator will oversee all volunteers and conduct/coordinate all trainings and create schedules as needs require.
